Try this delicious marinated acorn squash for dinner as a healthy grilling item.
1 teaspoon Ojio Himalayan Salt
1 cup Ojio Soy Sauce Alternative
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 large acorn squash, sliced (seeds removed)
In a shallow baking dish, combine first four ingredients until well mixed. Add squash to mixture and toss to coat evenly; allow to marinate for at least two hours. Grill for 4-5 minutes a side, basting periodically with remaining marinade.
