This healthy raw dessert is a blend of everything yummy and delectable about highly nutritious food. The flavors of vanilla and coconut are accentuated by raw almonds and the healthy sweetness of yacon. This recipe makes a full mason jar to share with friends at a party or keep chilled yourself!
1 Cup Ojio Raw Organic White Chia Seeds
¼ tsp Ojio Raw Ground Vanilla
¼ Cup Ojio Raw Organic Extra Fine Shredded Coconut
2 Tbsp Ojio Raw Organic Yacon Powder
¼ Cup chopped Ojio Raw Organic Almonds
2 Cups Coconut Milk
In a large mason jar, combine dry ingredients and stir (or seal and shake jar until well combined). Add coconut milk and mix until all dry ingredients are incorporated. Seal jar and refrigerate overnight.
