Creamy Camu Avocado Yogurt

This creamy tropical “Yogurt” highlights avocado, orange, and plenty of fresh mango with the organic blending powder of the Camu Camu fruit, nature’s highest concentration of natural vitamin C to add the finishing touch to this delicious yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients

½ cup fresh orange juice

1 mango, chopped

1 avocado, diced

½ tsp Ojio Camu Camu powder

1 orange, halved and hollowed

Toppings:

2 strawberries, sliced

2 tbsp blueberries

2 tbsp mango, chopped

2 tbsp Ojio Organic Coconut Shreds

Instructions

Refrigerate the mango and avocado for at least an hour prior to preparation

To a blender, add orange juice, mango, avocado, and Ojio camu camu powder.  Blend until mixture is creamy; divide into two dessert bowls or hollowed orange halves.  Top with berries, additional mango, and sprinke with coconut shreds
