Our Pacific Northwest sales representative, and avid healthy hiker, David put this scrumptious pie together to celebrate the glory of raw foods. We have, without reserve, been asking him to bring it with him the next time he visits the home office. Make it yourself for a pie full of yum.
1/2 Cup Organic Soaked Cashews
1/2 Cup Organic Pecans
1/4 Cup Organic Dates
1/4 Cup Ojio Organic Goji Berries
1/4 teaspoon Ojio Himalayan Sea Salt
3 Organic Bananas
1 Cup Ojio Raw Coconut Oil
1 Cup Organic Soaked Cashews
2 Tablespoons Ojio Yacon Syrup
Juice from 1 Whole Organic Lemon
2 tablespoons Ojio Maca Powder
2 Tablespoons Ojio Lucuma Powder
1 teaspoon Ojio Raw Ground Vanilla Bean
pinch of Ojio Himalayan Sea Salt
To a food-processor, add all pie crust ingredients and process until uniform in texture. Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie tin and press evenly to form crust.
To a blender, add all pie filling ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour filling into pie crust, using a spatula to smooth the top of filling. Place pie in freezer to firm up for at least 2 hours. Prior to serving, top with Ojio goji berries, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, or a dusting of chorella or spirulina powder.
