• 4 large strawberries
• 2 tbsp Ojio Raw Organic Agave Syrup
• 1 cup Ojio Organic Goji Berries
Non-dairy coconut ice-cream or yogurt
To a blender, add strawberries, agave syrup, and goji berries. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides of blender periodically. Layer jam mixture with non-dairy coconut ice cream (or yogurt) into a parfait or tall dessert glass. Top with additional goji berries and fresh strawberries.
